Points To Remember

To access the content section of system

• If you are member need to be in Taking Responsibility(TR), Leadership Role (LR) ,Exchange (X) stage or H4TF Stage to access content module, or as user type Alumni
• To add content (wiki,forums,files,survey) for any level (Global, Regional, National, Local)  you NEED to have a role in system as President, EB, Team leader (TL) or team member (TM) in system to create it 
• Your MC/LC needs to create Teams and assign responsible TL and TM in system
• To have role of President, EB or TL , you NEED to be on LR
• Now you can change the Country of Origin - your LC/MC EB can do it under Administration section
• If one of this conditions are not met, the user may not fully or partially access the system.
• If you tried these, but the problem remains, please provide us more details (by reporting on the bug-Tracker "support button" at bottom of each page) about the issue in order to further help you

To access the Exchange module you:

• Need to be in Taking Responsibility(TR), Leadership Role (LR) or Exchange (X) stage
• You should have cleared the exchange certification (on the old Insight XP or in the new myAIESEC.net Exchange module )
• You need to be assigned a role: if you are in TR you need to be a team member, if you are in LR you can be team member, team leader or Executive Board or President of a committee
• Your MC/LC needs to create Teams and assign responsible TL and TM in system
• To have role of President, EB or TL , you NEED to be on LR
• If one of this conditions are not met, the user may not fully or partially access the system.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I know what stage I am on? How do I apply for another stage?

As this is a user-centric system all information about you, is stored in your "profile".You can find what stage/role you are at by clicking at profile.

under profile section you can click on " My AIESEC" where

• Roles in Team - Information about different teams you are part of ( Team Leader[TL] or Team Member[TM]).
• Roles in Committee - Information about different roles have ( President [P] or Executive Board[EB]).
• Current AIESEC XP - Information about the current AIESEC XP stage you are it, and the LC/MC you are affiliated to.
2. How do I get assigned a role? How do I create a team so my members can access/create the content Module?

Role Assignment can happen only by any EB (LC or MC) and only EB can create a Team, so your respective LCP/LCEB or MCP/MCEB has to assign roles to people who needs to be given roles , by going to Admistration section and clicking on "users" (for more please read help pages under Admistration > users below)

for members who are not on EB roles can create content by being part of any team (National or Local Team) which is created by EB and respective TL is assigned, Only EB can assign any one as TL ( to be on any Role or as TL your AIESEC XP stage needs to be LR) - For Team member assignment any EB or TL can assign any one a role of TM.

3. How do I create a team? How do I assign roles in the team?

Your EB (LC or MC) can create teams under "Adminstration" section and clicking "Structure" , where when they create a Team , they will be asked to assign a Team leader or assign Team members. Role Assignment can happen only by any EB (LC or MC) and only EB can create a Team, so your respective LCP/LCEB or MCP/MCEB has to assign roles to people who needs to be given roles , by going to Admistration section and clicking on "users" (for more please read help pages under Admistration > users below)

4. How do i know what is my country of origin and who can change it

You can find those details under profile, and your EB (LC or MC) can change your country of origin under Administration section, by entering you login email.
